Our journey began in the heart of South Central when I was just 17, navigating high school during the turmoil of Covid. With a passion for bringing a taste of home to our community, I launched our small business with humble beginnings - setting up pop-up stands and offering only aguas frescas. But as our dream grew, so did our offerings. Soon, mini pancakes and crepes joined our menu, each bite infused with love and tradition.
Through dedication and perseverance, we’ve slowly expanded, reaching out to the surrounding areas, spreading the flavors of our culture with every step. What drives me each day is the love for what I do, the joy of seeing smiles light up faces with each delicious bite, and the endless possibilities of growth and innovation.
